Does My Horse Need It's Coggins Test?
All out of state equine MUST have a current coggins to be unloaded and sold. Our vet can pull a coggins at sellers expense if you cross the state line without them. All out of state buyers of equine will need to have a coggins & health paper before the animal can leave. We will announce in the ring if this is an instate animal with no coggins, so out of state buyers will then be responsible for the expense of the coggins if they so choose to purchase. If the animal is from in state and sells in state, it may leave the facility right away and wont require a coggins. These are STATE USDA rules, please abide by them! Thanks!!
